The club throughout each year run a variety of coaching and development programs. The main form of development involves the team training sessions held on a weekly basis. However, the club runs a girls development program and now Milo cricket to help develop the skills of our juniors.

In the coaching and development of our members we use a range of equipment and facilities. Including training nets at Raby Oval and Robert Townsen High School, practice wickets at Clark Oval, Raby Oval and Robert Townsen High School. The club has also gone back to the PCYC to use its training nets and bowling machines for high grade sides which the club setup many years ago.
